Description of Service
EventoGate provides a cloud-based event registration and automation platform that enables organizations to create and manage events, collect attendee registrations, generate QR codes for check-in, and deliver real-time webhook notifications to connected systems.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.
Account Registration
To use EventoGate, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@eventogate.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You may use EventoGate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to collect data without appropriate consent; send spam or unsolicited messages; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to EventoGate, including event data and attendee information. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to collect and process attendee data and that your use of EventoGate complies with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment before suspending your account. After suspension, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
API Usage
Your use of the EventoGate API is subject to these Terms and any rate limits specified in your plan. You may not use the API to build a competing service, resell API access without written permission, or circumvent any rate limits or technical restrictions.
API keys are secrets — you are responsible for keeping them secure. Do not embed API keys in client-side code or public repositories.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventoGate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
You agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
